In order to complete registration process, all registration and
accommodation fees should be paid in full and deposit slips must be sent to
Ventio Organization along with registration form. Payments can be made with
credit cards or direct deposit.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Notice of cancelletion must be sent in writting to Ventio Organization. Any
other forms of cancelletion request other than in writting will not be accepted.
No refunds will be made after March 28, 2010.
